Expectations vs. Reality

On this week's podcast, I talk about expectations versus reality in regards to the reality of expecting things out of other people in relationships. We talk through the progression of expectations in relationships and the cases of them either being unfulfilled or exceeded. I reflect on how the reality of the situation is that these expectations could simply be built upon some things that were only meant to be good moments and it is up to us to grow from the unfulfilled or exceeded expectations of our relationships.
