Experiencing Life to the Fullest in Ecuador with Sheryl Strong

Sheryl Strong is a serial entrepreneur who enjoyed working for herself most of her adult life, but not the struggle to make ends meet as single mom. She wondered if she could ever afford to retire and decided it would only be possible if she moved out of the the United States.  She looked at many options and took an exploratory trip to Ecuador and was hooked.  Luck and good fortune smiled on her in 2019 when she sold her 4 year old specialty restaurant in Prescott, Arizona.  She moved her proceeds to an offshore CD that earns 9.65%.  Her rent is $680 a month for a modern 1600 square foot apartment overlooking the river in Cuenca.
