Experiencing the Peace of Christ

John 1427 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.Philippines 4:6-96 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. Problem of Fear         Fear of Uncertainty/Unknown　    Fear of Inadequacy/Insecurity The Source of Fear is not the presence of problems but the Absence of God  "Ultimately, fear of uncertainty and insecurity comes from the absence of relationship with the sovereign and almighty God."  The Source of Peace is not the absence of problems but the presence of God John 14:26-27 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.
