She specializes in Co-Active Coaching with abrasive people and those they hurt. Kathleen uses proprietary models based on sociological and psychological research and leadership best-practices including Boss Whispering and the Kolbe Mode of Operating Index to maximize learning and growth for her clients. She has been a professional coach over 20 years and in private practice over ten years. She has spent more than 15 years doing extensive work and research in the field of Conflict Management. She is President & CEO of Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc and holds a Bachelors degree in Conflict Resolution, a Masters degree in Conflict Analysis and Management and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF. She is the creator of the Interpersonal Wellness Coach program - her area of specialization.
