Expert or Authority?

In this episode, Blaine talks about the differences between being an expert in something, and being an authority. He also talks about something called 'the expert trap', where someone considered an expert gets trapped in their way of thinking and has to continue prospecting for new customers and clients who consider them an expert. The authority, on the other hand, has many more options available to them.
