Expert: State budget bill neglects needed steps for Israeli economy to thrive

The Bank of Israel annual report released this week contains recommendations for measures to ensure the Israeli economy thrives -- none of which are represented in the 2026 state budget bill that the Knesset Finance Committee has approved for second and third readings in the plenum.
