You need to know what you want to achieve and work backwards from that. Lots of people buy property because they think that’s what they should do but they don’t know why they are doing it. You should view on average 40 properties a month, offer on 12 and hopefully get one. If you get multiple offers accepted you are offering too much if you get nothing you are probably offering too low. It can take years to build a good team, its trial and error and experience.
