Explanation of al-Aqidah al-Wasitiyya – Lesson 84

Lesson 84:They prohibit boasting, arrogance, transgression, and showing contempt over people, with due right or without due right. They also command high moral values and prohibit the lowly ones.In all that they do of this and anything else, they follow therein the Quran and the Sunnah; and their path is the religion of Islam which Allah sent Muhammad ﷺ with.However, because the Prophet ﷺ informed that his Ummah would split into seventy-three sects, all of them in the Hellfire except one, which is the Jama'ah, and in another hadith he ﷺ said: 'They are those who follow what I and my Companions are upon today', those who follow Islam in its pristine purity, free of blemishes, are Ahlus Sunnah wal-Jama'ah.
