Exploring Communication Between GPs and Hospitals

Associate Professor Carl de Wet who is a GP on the Gold Coast, discusses some of the communication issues between GPs and hospitals, particularly when patients are discharged from hospital. This is part one of two articles from him and in the second, which will be published in Aspen Altitude on June 17, he will discuss some of the strategies that can be implemented to address this.
