Dr. Dozier's research areas include assessment, treatment, and prevention of behavior disorders, as well as schedules of reinforcement.  In recognition of her dedication, Dr. Dozier received the Steeples Service to Kansans Award in 2020 for her outstanding contributions to the people of Kansas.
