Lucid a dreaming teacher Charlie Morley returns to the podcast today as I continue our series on Hell. Charlie is the author of dreaming through darkness a book about engaging the shadow through lucid dreaming. His explorations of this area have included entering into his own personal image of Hell. I'll be asking about the psychological insights such adventures can bring and the benefits of being willing to engage with out darkest fears.
