After the introduction, I'm not sure what we have left to talk about, but I'm going to cover so much. So much. No, today, I was appreciating again the magic or the what's in between the words, right? You know, you really what touches us.

What is it really impacts us? It's a lot of what's in between the words, right? Kind of at moment, when that pause. In 1955, Joel Goldsmith wrote this book called The Thunder of Silence.

He said that the world's becoming less and less still. In 1955. And I want to welcome you to the Biber Living Network. I really, I love sharing this journey with you.

And it's really, I get to meet people and from the fabric path of publishing, how to break all the holes in your book, to make your movie to, you know, the Integrity World Food Award to Biber Travel. There's so many things to explore. I'm going to share with you before I have the honor of bringing undocumented Colcanes, every Alvarez, that our lives are so much better at 80%. 80%.

They really, that a lot of what we're going through is we're overloaded. Oh, well, imagine if it's probably the idea that you, if you, you know, practice, open up another level, another, if you will, a relational space, this open space is open awareness. You kind of bring it today. And of course, I think about that when I get pulled over speeding in the office, and he says to me, sit tight.

And I ride myself, sit loose, sit aware. It's often like, so it's kind of like imagine in the day that we could really use, you know, use awareness and then use relational awareness, which will be explore a little in the program today as well. I'm going to be making a film that I want to get your feedback on. And I'm going to give out, I'm going to give out a call in number two, which will be fun to get practiced in 2002.

I get to back me up on this one, 702-570-7050-705050-707070-7057. And I'm always curious about what you're waking up to, what touches you, how the honor meeting, I was going to say, I was going to say I met Dr. Nicole King about four years ago. It's been, it's been an ongoing kind of a depth and a wonder interacting with Nicole.

She's, I first started to work with her in the Rumba Call Me, the National Medicine, but really there's something that I mentioned to Nicole that every time I speak to her, I feel better, I become more alive, my breath deepens. And these are the invisible things of life I think that they're hard to talk about. And so I was thinking I could just sit back and really just listen to Nicole. And it's always moving for me.

And one of the things I love about Nicole is that she allows, she kind of allows this quality of myself that I know I wonder about to come alive, if that makes sense, I kind of feel the cold isn't putting me in. She just kind of allows this thing that's there that I'm kind of opening to. It's hard to put this in words, Nicole. I appreciate you deeply and welcome, welcome.

From Grand Rapids, from Grand Rapids, Michigan. There you are, live. Hi, Glenn. It's such a joy to be on the show.

Thank you. Thank you. It's so wonderful to hear your voice. All right, so.

Hi. Hi, why don't you, Stephanie, I just want to say, Nicole, why don't you, how would you, we were to party right now? What would you want to say about yourself to the rest of the party goers? What would you want to share about yourself?

My mission in this world is to help people have hope and to open the door of possibility that you can feel like yourself again and that wonderment is possible and that it's possible using safe, powerful and effective natural methods and things that Glenn, you talk about are a huge and central piece of that. And so it's so synergistic and so wonderful to be able to be a part of this and have this conversation with you and Stephanie. You know, I was just thinking this, Nicole, Stephanie, that when I got asked to do the classroom was I did many times and that's part of why I didn't become a stand up comedian. I'm actually just going through an improv club now.

I didn't become a stand up comedian because every time I stood up, I got asked to leave. So I associated those two things together. So, but no one ever said to me, hey, Mr. Brooks, enjoy a moment of wonderment or a pause for a moment, just a little wonderment.

So I realized that when I would leave school and I would cut through the woods to go to my parents house, I did experience wonderment. But when I went to school in the morning, I didn't really know why I was going there. I went there because I guess I had to. And what I did at my lunch break is I started to meet people.

I would go to the protest and when I changed my diet and things. And I realized that it's wonderful. I love you to dive into it and share with people your meaning of it and experience of it. And how you see it as a living, as a security process wonderment.

Because I realized that I always, I guess you could say at the deepest level that life, high school of life, and maybe I love you so much is that a life of shared wonderment, I feel is kind of a high level and not as a question of life. And I realized that every moment that I shared wonderment, it happens in my days. Sometimes I don't know. It's like I remember that a woman not long ago, she's walking her dogs.

It's those little moments. And I realized, wow, that's wonderment. It just kind of comes there. And I love that word by the way to call it.

So what would you want to share with the audience at any level about wonderment? I like the word wonderment, which you could say, awe inspiring, surprising, astonishing, that which makes the person marvel. I love this word because it's very open-ended in what that could be. I like it because it doesn't have modern affiliation with anything that a person would have to subscribe to, but rather wonderment is very open to what that would mean to the person who is experiencing it or desiring to achieve it.

And as a healthcare practitioner, my favorite way of exploring wonderment is looking at it in a state of wellness, in a state that a person can achieve in their potential. And so the way that I describe wonderment as a practitioner may be very different than maybe a counselor or a great philosopher may describe wonderment, but that's the thing I love about it. And when I think of wonderment, what comes to mind is a little child on Christmas morning when they have a present that they've been desiring like a great big wrapped up teddy bear. And like you see that just innocent wonder in their eyes.

I think of that, like this pure magnificent bliss that is uninhibited in its form. And as a doctor, when I think of wonderment, what I see with my patients is that in a state of health, that person is uninhibited. And in this, uninhibited state, yes, in this uninhibited state, their minds, their body, and their spirit functions in a way that is admirable, harmonious, and powerfully alive. But the key thing with wonderment is that it's not just an internal experience.

What it could go on to describe is that that person in that state of wonderment not only feels vital admirable, harmonious, powerfully alive, but they function or exist in such a way that people around them notice that. And they will look at them to live to their highest purpose in life. And the cool thing about wonderment and this kind of a definition of a health care provider is that it takes on sociological means. And it goes from beyond the individual person, but looks at us as an entire archetype, as an entire community, as a connected being.

And so that is what I look for with ultimate vibrancy and as a provider when I'm helping my patients achieve wonderment. And what would you say the uninhibited? uninhibited in a state of health, the person is uninhibited. Well, well, I just wasn't relating because, oh my God, we got we're going a little bit of a pause for the cause, I guess.

I'm Glen Brooks, long as Deputy Alvarez, who I, and I sometimes pick a vibe. I call Stephanie was singing on the last outro I could be wrong. I'm sure she'll validate that or not. What are you saying?

I thought that I could feel that. You know, this thing about being uninhibited, it's such a powerful distinction. I'm realizing that I realized that when people are uninhibited in their ease, it's such a gift. And it's, you know, my teacher said to me, he said one day, he said, you know, there's two ways to live.

He said, he's testing, he's testing and he's proving. He was a physicist. And he was, like, for instance, he was back in the back. He was kind of a strippies.

And he got on the airport. He said, he would just think he wanted to go someplace. And he would prove it by meeting someone and going to that place. In other words, he would just live his life in a certain way.

And he talked about testing and proving. I realized that kind of, I want to say I'm really struck to call, practical pain, naturopath, homeopath, genuine role, soulful, life person. I'm really struck by the infinite and I realized that, no, I just, I was sitting with it. I realized it just really, I just, you know, I'm just going to let me that really touched me because it's, I love gifting that.

I love that I could offer that to someone because I know how much, I know how much it means when that occurs. And I know that I know there's two different people and people. I know, I know the uninhibited, playful, genuine. And I did an environment where I've seen people become uninhibited together and I realized whether it's writing.

It's funny, I was driving on the mask pike. I remember this experience of being uninhibited. And the experience was I'm listening to Julia Cameron, quite a character short of a quality artist. She said, she said, I want to leave you with one thing I know for sure.

She said, the one thing is this. She goes, if you're writing teacher, whether it was your college teacher or your high school teacher, they told you you couldn't write. She goes, that is a great sign. You're a great writer.

And I listened to her. I realized when I get around those teachers, I felt incredibly inhibited. So somehow that word, we said it. And how you connected it, I guess, with the wonderment.

That's a wonderful place for people to breathe from. It's just a different place on the mountain. And so I just want to say I'm struck. I'm cut.

And I would say my life as a coach is all about meeting and encouraging couples and families and people to be in that place when they want to write their book and they want to speak. And it's uninhibited. Wow. Just, I still think I got to take out the story.

I went someplace two weeks ago. This I was noticing with women's backs. You got to present ourselves. Say something about her life situation.

And I remember she was incredibly inhibited. And in her back collapsed. I could feel like a back collapsed. And all I could do, I haven't really done this that much.

I'm just going to really just sense her feeling of support and energy. In her back. So uninhibited. Wow.

Wouldn't that be such a significant part of the wisdom, curriculum of our lives? And how many of us are aware of things? Thank you. I'm touched by an individual.

And it's a relation to wonderment. I think that it also is a really nice way to articulate what I think so many different paradigms of medicine are trying to explain. I was thinking as you were speaking about, for example, Chinese medicine, we talk about the flow of qi. And if qi is blocked or inhibited, as opposed to uninhibited and flowing, that can cause disease.

Or if you are thinking like energy medicine and people talk about blocked chakras instead of the chakras flowing. Or even if we go to the opposite of the spectrum and we're thinking about detoxification. And so our body may detox be flat. But if you have someone taking an antiperspirant and you're inhibiting that body's natural process of detoxing, I feel like there's so many different ways that we can look at that.

And then even in our society as far as like sitting in with how we're supposed to behave and how we're supposed to exist. And you don't act really silly and goofy and spontaneous and more meetings you sit and you write notes and you'll be quiet. And even the sociologically inhibit it. So I feel like it takes all of these concepts and it talks about, okay, what is the antidote and it's on it?

Unhibitions. And what does that look like for that person? Where are they blocked? What is the obstacle to cure?

And where does that reside in their body? You know, it's so funny. So a few winters ago, I watched this French movie. It was called, I'm probably going to chop the title.

It's called Miss Chaddalie's Lover. Miss Chaddalie's Lover. Does it ring a bell to the real part? I heard that.

No. Well, let's see. Okay. So with the whole movie.

Lady Charlie's Lover. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. So I would watch that movie. I think I watched it some crazy amount of days in January when it's freezing.

But there's some wonderful scenes. But no, the thing that I loved about the movie was she discovers, they just covered together this fun tibbit today and so rare that's on the screen that's like profoundly uncommon in that movie. I think part of what that movie was really about was, because she has, the movie starts off, she's got a doctor's office because she's having some kind of nervous illness. And the doctor says she should go rest.

And in some way, she does, but she's kind of still ill. And she's in a relationship that she doesn't feel alive in it. Even though I've written divorce the patterns on each other, she meets the handyman and she meets some of this incredible garden. And they become quite highly busy, this uninhibitedness that was, you know, so rare.

And I always appreciate that gift. I feel that, and I'm both of you, I feel that the gift of, we give each other, of being un-digid, because I realize that, Nicole, what you were just saying, I thought that by some of these places, when the unspoken message is, don't speak, don't move, stay quiet, follow the rules. Does it unconscious be, or not be if you will? And it's kind of like conforms to get along basically.

And conforms get along, don't. And it's kind of funny because I get, I don't take it during the day what people say, right? They're kind of like, oh, okay, don't be weird, don't, don't, don't, you know, don't do that. Or like, it's this little thing.

And the paradoxes, when they see their, you know, the actor, actress, do something that's really out there, they like it, but they kind of feel like there's a certain unspoken conformity. You know, first time I, first time I coached someone, Richard Wobendorf, he came in and he was such a universal person, he came in and he would, you know, he booked an hour with me. I really didn't know, he was coaching, I was a life enhancement consultant. That's how I started this.

And he sat down and he would leave, and I sat lies, leaving early, because that's it. He's not really, you know, no benefit. But he always come back. So I start to learn from him that value is bigger than money in time.

It's a certain other quality that rarely do we discover. But somehow, uninhibited, you know, so funny. I'm just, I'm really happy. uninhibited.

I make it a point with Nicole. And I had this, I had the worst rash in my life, actually. I never had a rash that I had a rash that I had done a year, I had done a year long series on dealing with ways to deal with Lyme disease. And this friend of mine, who's an holistic infectious disease specialist, she's very funny, I mean, I called her up and she was so insistent I take this antibiotic.

And I was like, you know, and I can see I did more from more because I felt like I needed to, or I was, and I did, you know, and what's really funny was, is I never had, I do never reaction for like this. And the reaction one, I said, can't rash. And one day I walked by the smart, she was really smart. And she goes, oh, that's a doxy, slightly rash.

I never heard that before. I said, what's that? I called Nicole. I know, this is the kind of rash.

I felt so inhibited. I remember seeing you on the Skype, and I felt, I felt like I could just be. I felt like you always allow, you've always allowed me to be, as much as a, and I really, that's kind of a rare thing. A lot of people try to figure me out, I don't really try to like put me in a certain place.

And you always allowed me to be kind of inhibited and not be, not try to put me someplace else. I love it. Appreciate about that wonderment about you. Anyway, thank you by the way, I remember so I was out of my house clean that day.

I was, I was in here, I could see when I'm being inhibited, it's kind of like an illness on its own, or a disconnection of some. And the rash is a complete state of inhibitions, which is, which is the ironic part about it is we have this expression that's super uncomfortable and our objective is to make it go away. And I always tell the story to a new patient, especially if I have a patient with a history of acne or eczema or rash, is that as they get better and the body is pushing the disease out and the body is removing the disease from the person and healing deeply and truly is that it might start to express that. Like people will oftentimes get a rash if they've had a rash in the past that was suppressed and inhibited that if they're getting better, it may come out and emerge and if the treatment continues then it will go away.

But if it's suppressed and inhibited, again, a lot of times those chronic symptoms that had been treated naturally start to come back again unless the process is allowed to complete itself in a totally inhibited form. You know, I've actually heard a long time ago that acne and skin rashes and things like that or come up because they are anger that hasn't been expressed. Do you find often that there's things that are linked to the emotions? I don't know if there's any other emotion that you feel is linked to those things, but do you see often cases that usually what you're treating is really the underlying root cause versus just the symptoms?

Yes, yes. That's the job. That's what makes a nature-pathic physician different is that our objective is to look at where fundamentally what is underneath everything that's pushing us out of balance and if we can identify and treat that root cause then the body has the freedom to heal itself. And so you might be thinking of in Chinese medicine the liver fire, liver fire rising can result in skin rashes and skin eruptions and so liver fire rising is often a result of emotional vexation like anger or stress and so that might be it's a different philosophy of expressing that and so I definitely see it.

And as far as is the root cause emotional or physiological what I always tell my patients is at a root cause our vital resiliency is compromised and the question is what is vital resiliency and vital resiliency in my understanding is vital is of ourselves it's that inherent part of us and resiliency is our ability to be resilient or to fight back or to keep ourselves healthy despite stress factors whether it's nutrition or toxicants or emotional discord or whatever that is and so if our vital resiliency isn't up to par if it's out of balance or out of noon that we can get sick. Hello I'm Glenn Brooks I'm glad you're with us tonight.

He's close time 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the uh about a living network in our home time for you. I want to say uh I'm talking about being uneducated and wondering all those good things about the cocaine, suddenly Alvarez.

It is challenging intending for me to dive into a little topic that I think I'm going to get into with you guys which is I get into this whole topic of empowerment. What's power? I want to get into that with you because I see a lot of um I see this is a very pertinent topic and I feel this is some confusion and uh you want to get into that now? I mean here's the thing.

Well I've noticed over the last I'm going to say 20 years. It was a lot of focus on this notion of personal power and empowerment and this is the relational impulse. This is a this is a relational journey and it's it's an interesting question to call it. When I say that does that ring to you like tell me what your response when I say that when I get here is your how often when I say that what what what comes to you?

Well I'm kind of laughing over here because I'm uh I was right for women's life magazine and I was talking to the editor. I was just talking about this. She was she was one of the people in the meeting. I was using the word empowerment and she's like oh my god I'm sick of hearing about empowerment because everyone's talking about it.

I'm like but there's a reason that everyone's talking about it and I think that there's something really rich in that conversation about okay so what is what is with this narrative of the authority or that was violent. Okay. Oh wonderful. Thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Sorry about that. Okay.

All right. So before we had the I think all the people with the empowerment shows called it the generalize. That's my personal theory. I was commenting on the empowerment epidemic which I feel could tip into in document and when I'm so and then they called again talking and then I'm I'm thinking the people that the advocates from empowerment maybe try.

I don't know. So what we were talking about we're talking about um wonderment being un-uncommitted and I you know it's kind of interesting if I was listening to some of the spots and I I mean I guess you could say one of my biggest discoveries and but open my world up was around this topic. It had a huge influence to me and I I've had the chance to sit need a knee and to really dive into this and I'll just share a little bit more what I kind of discovered a lot of other people. So you guys remember there was that best-selling book.

You pray a lot. You pray a lot. I remember hearing about it and I of course I also remember when Tony Robbins came out of personal power and I read this article and the article was talking about why self-remergent journeys, personal power, empowerment, and personal therapy is hazardous. It could be blockage to your relationship and I something wang so deep about that and I it's looking onically I say I want to myself to build and stuff and I started to think and I said what is it what is it about this thing about empowerment and what is it about personal power and what is it about this that is missing a ring and I started to talk to people.

I talked to friends or anthropologists. I talked to people that were very interested in what I was doing around divorce the patterns on each other. It's really simple. It's really simple.

So when you focus on your meal you focus on this self. Another question is if your body really operate or your body in fact operate as a system. So is it really the fact that we see actually as a relational system and that what I've noticed in my listening and I love your feedback is that empowerment and the focus on empowerment is broken a lot of relationships. So I would say I stand and breathe and explore what I could call relational power and I've now had a chance to run this by a lot of people putting together a relational conference.

I'm doing a movie kind of around this. So I feel like developmentally or you could say evolutionary. I feel like we've gotten a little stuck there and that somewhere between empowerment and force we've really been ruling our relationships and I think it's a misunderstanding or it's a phase and there's something there but I feel like it's been all we use because ultimately what we want is we want a relational uninhibited expression and so a lot of people have calmed their relationships around this notion of empowerment. That's what I've noticed and that's what I've been exploring.

So what I'm saying here is that you heard people are saying like we're growing at a different rate and something happens very different when our journey becomes relational and we open up together and you can see this. I want to say there's a lot of wise women in my life who have shared this with me and they got these so they so love and appreciate them and they love men and they've come to me and said it's been disastrous this all thing around empowerment. I'm using some strong things here but I feel like it's worth exploring because we get so hypnotized by the language and everybody's like wow wow we got to ask ourselves what is that and is it serving? What function is that serving?

And so it's been one of the things as I've kind of done this series around the force of powers on each other because I'm going to give you guys an example I um they struck me it was by surprise I talked to a woman who was leading these workshops internationally on leadership she was leading leadership workshops and I actually call her because I knew who she was working with she was working with someone a fairly renowned person in the empowerment movement if you will and she called me up and she said something really interesting to me I think it's gonna surprise both of you so she said you know how to start teaching that and I said why? And she said well she said they focus on personal responsibility make a person responsibility and they focus on creative expression and she says those things are so hazardous to the group and I said say more if you're kind of speaking my language she said well personal responsibility is not co-authorship it's not relational responsiveness and so she saw some of the hazards and I told her about the force of powers on each other so what I want to say is that inquiring into this and what it's not that I'm obviously not against this notion of empowerment I feel like the way it's used and the notion of it has created a more division of misunderstanding so just keep going at that language I was sitting with with someone yesterday herbalist and I said well someone seemed proud of it and leads to a document so I think we need to ask ourselves is this thing contributing to bridging the world together you know a little while ago I want to introduce you guys to a woman of post-accomplity she's a big conference in the city her name's Anita Pignola if she does a conference on health sex and immunity and one of these she did she did so well I'm not going to be able to do it but she did but she said you know what kind of interesting is we live out these transits so first is the trans that someone would hold on you you were a guy she called her I love I love to get your feedback so she said well the trans the past transparency that there's a certain way of seeing the masculine or seeing the um certainly of seeing men of the masculine energy that creates a lot of division and she was talking about the necessity she was talking about the times from different I guess missing a different past a lot of you know um well we're looking for different historic ways of interpretation and of course she was saying we took into a new beginning because often some of these ways of seeing things is greater more division and so she was kind of saying we can tell a new story so one of the really interesting here is kind of like what is this new story and um and you can you can see it a new story an awareness we come together and by the way that's when we become unitive because what I've noticed is in some of the conversations I want you guys think some of the conversations of so called in common has created a lot of isolation and fear and force our number by the way here on the message brought to you by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration project yellow light noise and the ad council hello I'm glad Brooks for the vibrant living network with Dr. Nicole Kane Stephanie Alvarez exploring his notion of how to embody a wonderment and be un-inthibited and bridging the gap so that I want to say this that our assumptions and our conclusions are our really poisons right these assumptions conclusions they're talking about empowerment I'm gonna go to call okay contestant number 16 on the call what did you get your your uh yeah you take you took a very surprising turn with with what you said before that recent segment break there and I think it is absolutely brilliant um the empowerment it's interesting because I was just talking and talking with a colleague of mine who was describing how people like to swing from chaos to control to where empowerment is it can often take the place of control like I'm empowered I'm in control I can do this which can be very fundamentally stuck in that place in a response to that feeling being powerless and out of control but what it sounded like what what I was thinking of as you were describing coming together un-inthibited it's the relinquishing the need to to swing like a pendulum from one extreme to the other but rather being mindful in the middle and I think that's really inspiring because it's like the attachment and freedom from expectation and being who you are where you are now yeah no I'm just taking that in that's uh it's another interesting notion that uh that's a big thing more but I find that very intriguing well the number one thing that I hear people say to me when they come to my areas uh my expertise is uh naturopathic approaches for depression anxiety bipolar disorder and so people are coming in with these concerns and what I hear time and time again is I I'm afraid of losing control I'm afraid of what will happen if I can't control this all my problems and and I can't fix it I can't control it and that's why I'm here I want to feel more in control so a lot of the narrative is about controlling it and it's interesting if we think of our healthcare system it's it's kind of hedonistic in the sense that it's all about feeling better and avoiding pain it's about controlling the way that body is expressing itself and it's interesting it's kind of paradoxical about how we can actually inhibit our body in our objective to be empowered over our body which is kind of counterintuitive you're kind of getting my wheels turning about this oh good good set of power of narrative and like how how can we change or re-approach that from a truly integrated way yes I think okay so Stephanie was on the way to a group and so it was in power group I said Stephanie I didn't found it found a group of sock you know I remember that tonight you know so we're laughing about that so I'm glad that it's got your wheels turning by the way I want to I want to be in this question together because it's a lot more it's what's kind of interesting to call and Stephanie is that I had I've had a lot of aha moments with people with dialogue we're talking to people about this especially and what's kind of fascinating is and a lot of people don't know there's a lot of separation of divorce occur when people go on an apartment journey or self-emerge in turn so one day I was funny I remember looking at the newspaper they reviewed the movie and they played love and it was USA today was my least favorite paper but it said like this is a movie about a woman who's a narcissist who doesn't see her husband having any soul and what I find kind of interesting is that yeah I guess you could just say that if there's a if there's an undocumented factor I think it's this idea that you know it's just our journey you said about it's interesting because we apply to medicine and the mechanism you know mechanism you know mechanism you know medicine it really is a certain solo empowerment you know in a certain sense and it's I want your wheels of your wheels and what we let them more say more well what would it look like to to be more mindful of the eye-thou space within your being and I know that's a mouthful right there and I'm kind of thinking out like well you usually say that when you go to Betty sit a waiter so I know that you're practicing it I am I'm in a deeper that right now Martin Buber and he's a German philosopher and he wrote in 1923 a book called I and Val and so he talks about finding meaningfulness in relationships in two separate ways and one is an eye towards an it and one is an eye towards a now and so if we look at the body as an it and our objective is to be empowered over our body to be empowered over our symptoms over our disease over our relationships over our anxieties over our jobs we're relating to it as an it and meaning and other something separate from us outside of us away from something to interact with but something we're fundamentally separate from and so what if empowerment can manifest in a way of an eye towards an it as opposed to relinquishing the need for empowerment and finding meaningfulness in an eye towards a vow relationship with ourselves with our bodies with our symptoms with our co-workers our loved ones our disease which is when you interact with an eye towards another that is not considered distinctly separate from us but rather a part of us it's a word of relations something we relate to identify with connect with understand and wall with associate with couple with and engage with and very deeply and intimately I wonder what kinds of implications that would have yeah well I think there'll be another whole you know 15 years ago in San Francisco I was talking to this woman who was running writing groups and she said well she was like one quote another women's group she was it's time for men and women to bridge the brain cover the soul gap together and it was and it was interesting because I I just started to notice that you know I get a thing there's a book it's called it's called the we it's the we brain it's all about the brain comes together and I can realize that from our meditation practices it's very solo and um which she had it to me just wang because I realized oh yeah when I was around certain women I realized oh yeah they're getting more a verse of them ask them like getting word verse to men and that was becoming and then we didn't do the events with men are excluded I thought it was kind of interesting this was happening at the same time I was reading women wow they just opened my eyes up I could see they just they had very different relationship to this and so I'm just a little bit what were to use I'm kind of aware when I hear this word because I how I guess you could say the interpretation how it's used I've noticed creating more division and force and so I'm curious to get your take as you mentioned you're running for magazine that kind of it's one of those words that you think a lot of people don't need to unconscious what they're saying when they use that word like when you talk about the hundred individuals I feel wonderment from that I feel a sense of joining when I hear and I know words that will often twice move reality but a lot of what's behind some of the empowerment movements I don't either feel out of the subconscious or they reveal to me and said to me it's hurt their relationship it's hurt their marriage and they didn't see that so I think it's awareness and to see as an example is there a hidden thought virus and what we're speaking about like I think to be able to get underneath these words and that's my awareness and concern and it's very different feeling when I talk about relational power yeah and it's interesting because going back to living a life of wonderment and living a life un-unintivited is that can mean so many different things from different people but it feels less like that pendulum swing from one extreme to the other it feels more like I am authentically unapologetically becoming who I am becoming and I think that I think there's an energy behind it but to me I've been to different events different workshops different summits about empowerment and I can say that some of them there's an energy of attacking the man or the male the masculine and some of them it I would just say it's neutral I wouldn't say it's about necessarily connecting but I would definitely just say that there is a neutrality about it and I don't necessarily have a problem with the word but it does invoke some emotion when you go to the event and there's that side of it where you know it's when you would call that in dark and meant where I do sort of that male bashing coming in throwing all males into a certain category you know for me I've never felt like that even when I had my relationship and we went through our ups and downs and you know we separated I never felt and I never said all men are dot dot dot all men dot dot dot but I've seen and I've heard a large amount of my friends a large amount of you know females that they do that and I think that that's unfair to say that because it's not true and Glenn and I have had this conversation because for many years I chose to only work with women and I shared with Glenn the reason why I did that is because I would get harassed by men or it would quickly turn from business then trying to turn it to pleasure hitting on me being very inappropriate and and I've had this conversation with many other women and I found that women in business they've also come across this well there's a large amount of women right now that are only choosing to do business with women because of that however I do feel that I'm in a place right now with my journey where I do really want to connect the mass women I do want to be the bridge you know to bring both of those together and I think to events that men have been a part of and there's a different energy it's and it's a really good energy to have both the males and the female coming together to express themselves in healthy ways to have this connection because when you talk about being inhibited I had a friend that did a post recently and she's in her 50s and she was talking about how she just barely now in a space but really being able to tell people sort of where to go and what she meant by that is just being able to express herself in a very genuine and authentic way because for so many years she was requesting how she really felt feeling that though she needed to sort of fit in a box she needed to be from sort of way to be accepted and now she's over it and I find that with women oftentimes they do not get to that place in their life until they're so much older you know because we are going through life and we're having relationships and we're having children and we're doing all of these things and we're definitely the I would say more likely to really compare ourselves and to want to do things to be accepted and to be pleasing and to be liked and to be loved and so we will sort of morph ourselves into things that we are not really and we do that in relationship thinking that oh you know this person is gonna love me more if I do this you know if I'm pleasing in this way but then there's also this very restricted part oh I guess we got it we actually we actually we actually we actually we actually used up an hour so quick um we can't get on your website www.drnakolcan.com www.drnakolcan.com what a pleasure so wonderful catching up with eastern for the autoimmune hour on life interrupted radio to find out how to live your life uninterrupted hey dr. phil here you know I help people solve difficult problems every day but one problem has me stopped childhood hunger nearly 16 million children in america struggle with it luckily the feeding america network of local food banks collects surplus food giving hope to hungry children and their families but they need your help join me in supporting feeding america and your local food bank at feeding america dot org. on to by feeding america and the uncancer. you listen hi I'm glet brookshil think about the vibramodic network where asking a new question and acquiring is a powerful thing i let me get your every single move you just watch you i'm gonna give out our number actually somehow i don't have the number in front of you long as every how do i do i do i just found the number kind of it i um i always love catching up with with the call so much all right okay we get to a real let's get you about this number and then we get to a real two or six five seven oh two oh two yep five seven zero seven zero five seven oh we took that again let me see let me see let me see let me see that we were done all right so no i think so listen i uh i will i was just you know i was pondering on today was there's the moments where um i i love these moments today where i kind of yield a yield what i think you know i just yield that i kind of and it's what happens is when i yield it oftentimes it allows it allows something to occur that you didn't even expect or want so kind of there's two things i practice every day i practice soft eyes is an example i do not what i would be biking i would i would i would i would use my eyes and i would let things come to me rather than straining i would kind of be soft and then i would kind of yield my opinion i'm here to practice i kind of like notice that you have opinion and then kind of wave it to the side so that's something that though hey we have with this ariel i'm still learning ariel's last name he said he said it very well himself i don't say it as well as him yet i let him say he's our new york in new jersey producer he also works at me i run unscripted power my so unscripted power is the ability to touch and reach people and speak to people so if you will that's all the audience with no scripts and no rehearsal and i have a weekend coming up this weekend which we want to talk about in a moment called unscripted power and uh i great the book all unscripted power which i we can go over some of the chapters tonight i think it's fun so ariel there you are hello what's the guy's so that's the last name i couldn't say it as long as you pronounce it's all good okay of daradari is exactly exactly i would agree with that somebody and we both agree that you're last name that yeah yeah true true by the way glenn when you said practicing soft guys i thought that was something that you do want to date typically i told i don't date i don't date i don't date i go beyond dating i i told you i would i wouldn't know what to do on a date i'd be like what's this i just really beyond dating to relating i i don't know what to do with the date i i would be nervous about it you know i mean i i didn't quite got that you know i never got it i never got it i never got when people tell me about it it sounds really startling for me some calls i went on a date last night and i didn't go well i was thinking well not supposed to go all it's dating that's my response you know go well dating again i wouldn't know what to do i thought i was dating it would be a terribly like you'd be like holding a 50 pound weight in the pool and be like oh no i just read it late i relate and see you know what's there and then i have a lot i really have a lot of unusual experiences because i think somehow i don't know maybe because i actually i do have an input about this i i think it actually opens up another part of our nervous system and so i've had a lot of things that people probably call miraculous okay i'll give you one more distinction in me i'll you uh okay so here's another one you don't want to get to know someone okay let's write this down do not get to know someone don't get to know someone don't get to know someone don't get to know someone so what you want to actually you want to put instead of that you want to recognize someone now the first day i was aware of this was that six years ago i was biking to an FM radio station i was like wow knowing gets in the way trying to get to know someone terrible because that's what they say to you six months ago i know you i don't like you red flag almost knowing terrible so i have my beloved teacher dr um norma shelly she's 84 i love norm so much he's a neurosurgeon and he's he's one of the most curious people i've ever met so i've had norm on the air and he was married 50 years you know and i say ignore him i know this whole thing about knowing someone i don't think it's terrible i don't want to get to know someone i want i show we don't want to get to know me i want to do this thing of recognition it seems to be much deeper it's not just a man because something there and he says when i go to i met my wife she walked by me she was with some other college student and he goes i had me recognition with her she looked and she saw him and they were married 50 years so this cultural i feel like this is like a trap dating so i don't know that's that's my so i actually um so what's your take are you what i just said give your give me your give me a uh your wisdom meter you as a home you pass you're gonna be married actually in about a month and a half right yeah so like that yeah it's uh it's so great congratulations thank you so much very appreciated um you're asking regarding to do stuff like going out anything anything you have bubbles anything just stand stand up if you have your microphone say something i don't know honestly from yeah yeah yeah it's funny it was what you spoke about because honestly from my perspective with dating it with anything life anything good in life always comes from the unknown you know right it's something yeah beautiful it's beautiful it's it's glorious it's like true love it's real um the way like the way i met my you know it's in the wife it really was like one of the good you know because you know i did it i did it for a while and you know the way you know it's also like going out with girls you know periodically and you know not finding the one and i would follow you you know normally like whatever the way i my my new wife was i run through basketball game edible thing you know i was like really yeah yeah i was like every time i never told you this no no you didn't tell me yeah so so i was playing on i was like that's what my cousin in one day uh which was a one-on-one pickup and my cousin had to make a bet and what's with that that that is uh whatever it was in the loser had to go out with winners uh suggestion for dating because i could close that at five we both were you know we each other fine you know if i'm people to date so okay very interesting so we played for some odd reason out of my shot for going in the basketball whatsoever yeah yeah yeah we're like i can relate to that we're both retired so that's what happens yeah you know i lost and he had a suggestion for me the suggestion uh i really recommended end up being my current fiance who got willing to be my wife and just to make wow wow i need a good idea i would gotta get on the show and you know they usually come for the unknown and because whatever you know hidden from people whatever you want to cut them more the duo it's usually those are the best things really really you know i want to share i want to share with you guys a story i haven't told this story but somehow you treat you're talking about you what you said and i have no idea why which is good because i don't know i went many years ago i went to see this doctor Dr.

William Baum in New York City he'd been in practice oh my god at least 60 years because it's incredible head of white hair he was giving this lecture i went to the lecture i was you know he was in my team i was just so curious about i was curious about oh my god this is all about war with people don't take drugs they don't get surgeries and i never saw my grandmother stand up ever and she just laid in bed to the scene and i saw her out of bed she was in pools and with harnesses and you know it's therapeutic kind of pool work and they diagnosed it with arthritis and my grandfather was the only person i really i really could be around so i when she passed away he passed away with him probably six months and i remember the day before he passed away the doctor said everything was normal or the heck that meant it's normal wasn't so good so i remember giving this lecture and this is so really when people ask me how the radio come in and how to meet doing this all approach about unscripted power and going beyond the interview well i think it happened i wanted to recall about this experience was i saw Dr. Baum lecture about 100 people it was incredible head of white hair he's 85 when he was lecturing and i talked to myself this time i was like you know he was like uh i don't know he was very close to the infinite he just really i couldn't wait to go see him and uh i remember there was a call sitting in front of me and when he when he finished his lecture the woman turned to her husband and she said she said something like what is he saying and the husband said he's saying well full of the crap he's talking about it he talks about it he talks about it he talks about it he talks about wow that's what he said basically yeah it's local the crap so next thing i know i go to his office he was on he was on the oh god 40 seconds before like oh my kitty some years and it was such an old-fashioned office that it was this painless window in the door a little bit bell rang in a certain way like like you'd seen all the fashion movies you know and i walk in and he's standing in front of the open window doing these incredible breathing exercises and i see him and i and i could feel i'm just touched i'm just like i'm so grateful to be there with him and i realize i i i haven't yet been around someone like this and it's so different you know my father my father my father was my doctor's father i saw him take six decongestant pills every day uh and i realized my parents i didn't know much about god but my parents thought the pediatrician was god so i didn't really i had never really way like this guy and so he's standing in front of the window breathing and he looks at me and he throws me a quarter and i caught the quarter one of those days right i caught something i caught the quarter and he said flip the quarter around and i said okay and he said look at that picture or look at that inference and i did it was a picture this striking woman you know he said that was my wife Doris bough because if you go to the plaza hotel that's awesome my wife and he told me when she was a little girl she fell with a horse and she never really recovered she had hunched back and it wasn't until oh god 40s or something that she met this guy burn on the track now burn on the track was was one of the largest publishers and he published these unusual health books they tell me that i'm staring at this quarter and i'm feeling this feeling like somehow that changed my life at that moment i knew something was different after that but also i realized that we could listen to our listening and listen to our listening we could have a different relationship and like people and healing say whether she listens to the library or any network i knew i knew genius to tell you the end of that story which i realized i didn't finish i wanted to make a point to you guys which was uh and then uh and then oh yeah i want you to introduce yourself a little bit more so here's the interesting thing so i started to take the company attention to this thing called listening to the listening what i mean by that is that i started to notice in some areas that i had a i would chapter by calling they run for the hills by the way they run for these are the people who don't get me by the way sure so that's what i'm talking about they don't get me they run for the hills so what was interesting is when i was going to see this doctor doctor bough i remember the first time i saw him he gave me um he gave me his the hydrated vegetable broth and he just got off and he goes just have this for the next four days and he's eating it and i remember i remember i remember to say very i want you guys are related to the story i want to tell me if you guys have had a experience like this but i come home from parents house and i feel like the vegetable broth is kind of like a sacred broth i have to sprawl that the guy who's close to the heavens is gaming and i so walk in the house and my father had this one friend he really had one friend this guy lee cubie and lee cubie had like i don't know like a six inch waistline and he probably was on you know a couple different medications and so i came home and i don't know why i did that you ever say something to someone who's like the person who's absolutely the least likely person to get it so i said oh he said what did you want to see and i said i just went and i had a colonic and i said i'm gonna i'm gonna live on vegetable broth and he looks at me you know he's again he was on medication that had a huge way somebody so he goes he goes that's really dangerous you know i thought somebody's like actually living in good medications and eating dead foods he's more dangerous so during his phase i there was a jewish guy very acidic jewish guy he went to the same doctor's room and he said to me he goes why is the doctor treating you so well he goes he doesn't ever speak to me and he goes he speaks to you like you're a relative i was thinking you know when i go there when he would go there i think he'd focus so much on getting well i just the whole experience that so much to me like the whole experience i was just so moved by like i realized i was around someone who who served not just a new world but he saw a new world but i didn't see and i somehow i didn't just focus on that i wanted to get well i focused on that new world and and i see with vibrant living and unscripted power and the coaching work that i i have the honor of doing it's really about disability to become free of what i call thought viruses right the viruses that we live by and don't even see and to really develop this different relationship to life and i had the honor by the way funny funny you know i had the honor of meeting ariel but i feel like i've known forever i'm gonna i'm gonna take no one out of the equation i've had a connection with ariel i feel like he's a family member he's a family member and so i couldn't even tell you the date that we met but he's my new york city producer they worked on the script and power i want to share some something about yourself ariel why don't you talk to people and then jennifer will come up with a joke i call a jennifer that's what i call jennifer i call Stephanie jennifer off the air gets very confusing i just didn't so i was gonna say jennifer i was definitely gonna make a joke i just did it again please tell me did you do yourself to people tell people about yourself i know i know i know i know i know i know i know i know i know i know i hope you so thank you thank you for the intro before very nice um my name is ariel daradarian and i i practiced as a certified homeopath um i practiced in the new york yer as well um i personally specialize in anxiety depression uh older than you and busy uh in complaints and in general and also general female and hormonal health and i can i met glenn actually it was very interesting i went a few uh few months ago i just went to september correct seven minutes i'm just listening i can't i'm just it's you know i have these moments uh i know where i it's one of those moments where i just i reached out to you and i felt wow this guy i don't know i guess you could just say i had the i had the sense that it was something powerful here and yeah it probably was a term of god it's hard to believe it hard to believe that was just a few months ago so yes how great yeah really really yeah yeah you can think that you met at a women's empowerment event glenn exactly we were undercover we were undercover anti-empowerment people and we were the empowerment sucks conference next to the women's empowerment conference correct that's exactly how we met yes i just thought he couldn't take it anymore he was going to go and bust the door down and put up a stand to see whether we want to be suited to the masterland power deserves to be seen in review year that's what he said to me like that's a good idea to be i was very very mellow i said it though he said he said oh yeah we owe two mellow he said glenn he goes we can't take this crap anymore i said he keeps me more you know and and then he busted the door down and he gave a lecture at the impound becomes a woman and they loved him so i said i got to work with this guy that's happy yeah that was a story thanks for giving up thank you guys that is good to give up thank you though so it's very interesting i mean glenn met because the glenn's message that he likes to spread to people is literally what i practice like what i work with people it's it's not just um when we have told me about the practice it's not just um helping people get saturated as it's more of that i try to empower people and they're not just their health also their well being and just in for their life in general in order to take four control their life and be the person they want to be um it's very interesting the name of the name i try to get to my practice it's called rafuah homeopathy the word rafuah is it's actually hebrew it's the hebrew words for healing um and hebrew language when someone mentions healing rafuah it's not just a physical healing it's also a spiritual psychological healing it's a holistic healing on all different levels uh if you ever go if you ever send a synagogue and they give a blessing to those that are sick uh the text will usually subless those to the to get to get to get a recovery both in the physical physically in the body and also spiritually in the soul as well you know different weight politically so when i really work with people i really i also recommend to get you know to not just feel better but to really get that message up they want to get and as a homeopath um who works especially very closely with you know the jewish community and the youth folks in your jews in new york um you know that's something i also work specifically with with because many people live their lives not be able to be the person they want to be the overcome the obstacles they want to go through the challenges whatever they may they may be and i'm not cheering them i'm not that particularly caring them i'm literally just i see myself more as a guide as a messenger so when they're to help you know bring them to that to that goal they're doing the work at the end of the day i'm just there to give them the necessary you know the support the support and the guidance and uh and the help that you know they need to do the work they have to do and so when i so when i make a glen in september when we spoke about the trip tower that's something that really really spoke me a lot they really spoke to me to myself and it's something that you know i you know as a homey that i you know one of my goals one of my motivation you know as somebody who grew up in a family that valued naturalistic medicine and the messages and the philosophy comes with it i i always i've always been very motivated and to bring that message out to everyone not just the jewish community but also you know it's other people you know it's the world but you know the message of homeopathy of holistic healing in general of you know relational wisdom of people reaching their goal reaching their potential and maximizing their potential to be the and it's something that's beautiful and i think anybody and everyone can attain and i think through things like this like homeopathy and sort of the power etc etc i think you know it gets through the vehicle of uh any power and ability to really accomplish that well i think i think two things i want to acknowledge you guys looking to the vibrant living network environment living network i'm blood brooks and along with riel who's last name we'll say in a moment uh stepany um i'll whereas you know two things that get things happening after your meeting with stepany and i want to acknowledge it because stepany has a public acknowledgement one is step needs for soothe meals out of a yarmulica and two she converted a Judaism with a day of speaking with you so i want to say your impact on people is very very strong strong so i think that's the opposite i don't know how i'm not sure how yarmulica she's eating out of it she did acknowledge that after meeting of that it was a significant dietary change i don't know about the yarmulica but we gave her a special in this uh Jewish name though no yes yes she has um she speaks to me and she speaks to me and he speaks to me and he will regulate so it was a breakthrough she's a different person because of you um you know i'm gonna catch it's a husband though when i convert it so i just want to throw that out there i was promised to return and i'm waiting on that area why does everyone come to me for uh for Jewish guys it's very interesting i don't even think it's a good one you got that you got that you Jewish good guy but i think it's what it is you know i think it's that uh you know i want to say this is so weird right now is we're talking right this whole this moment my son michael brooks is live on youtube during the michael book shows i want to say michael's just doing great he's seven about seven hundred and sixty members on his michael book show so you catch it catch that on i guess youtube is something shows they're really brilliant he's like a current day gun still very funny very insightful and that's what i want to talk about as he reminds me of he knows a lot more about politics than i do he likes reminding me he's always uh you know having powerful children is quite interesting i wanted to ask you Ariel as somebody who's currently going through a sickness working my way through i don't know if i caught this in the world right now he said that so i look like he said that though i mean got me to shut up for a second whoa okay keep talking over the counter cock drop we're gonna take a re-pause from this we're gonna have a deep pause from this intimate haleo says his name much better myself is whether it's my new york city or new york area producer and new jersey also works for me around twitter power you'll be touching impact people with no script and note her saying i got a weekend coming up this weekend and then we come to new york and um Stephanie riel uh recently recently we truly became jewish and his way for jewish husband to arrive at her door and is going to an illness right now that she can go to the house and somehow she was willing to devote uh the reason she's her area kind of over the confession don't i want to be with that go ahead area i'll just say no cost drop gonna help me i got something better oh wait okay let's hear let's hear this what's something better oh you're asking me um well you know i've worked with people i mean i've actually worked with people with you know co-ficures and you know and uh and adlene things like that um co-ficures i mean they do help like you know they leave you the situation but you know if you have something uh if something more chronic it's more long term long-lasting um and it's not just something like a cuter in the moment you know co-ficures will help but it won't get rid of it you know permanently and like and completely you know general and people come to me and they tell me you know oh i have uh i have uh i have my greens or i have you know this issue or that issue you know keep you know can you treat it keep you like tell me either right now you know it's funny because when people have these long-term issues these are all you know you know you know just a branch of the overall problem the overall you know core of what's asking to be healed in a person uh when i work i work with people all the time like this and you know usually in our consultations we start out with a chief complaint whether it's a migraine or the back pain or or the digestion or whatever it may be and then by the end by the end we cover you know we end up going through an entire person's case story you know from e to z you know their life you know their lifestyle what they're dealing with what what are the challenges that are holding back from being who they want to be and then we realize at the end that there's complaints although it's important to go into the discuss it's just a branch of the inner you know the inner you know vital forces energy whatever you want to call it's imbalanced that's you know that's coming out signs of the form of you know physical ailments in order to show you know i need help i think there's something more to this is a core that needs to be addressed and this is what really needs to be healed and you know that that's how you know in my opinion you know no matter what holistic modality or any modality you want to use that's really the mindset and the way you have to explore people's you know health issues especially when they're chronic in long-term so if somebody comes into you with a cold or the flu do you go through that same extensive intake so if it's so obviously for the two situations like like it's like what you just mentioned if someone comes to the flu or a cold and they've had it for like a few days or a week you know that's obviously a different story because that's you know that's just the bodies you know that's something the body's dealing with at the moment for whatever reason but we would address we would just address that issue but even in that case you know there's no like generic home empathic remedy you give like you wouldn't like you wouldn't give like a decongestion or a drug or whatever you know every person that expresses that cold enough flu can express it very differently very very differently some people can have you know you know some people their congestion comes out differently the discharges may come out differently the way you know with the time of the day you can be depending on the time of the day everyone is different the better or worse at certain times of the day you know you have to look at the unique and characteristic systems symptoms are expressed and for example that cold or flu so in a cute case like that while while you do address just that you know that condition you know you do have to look at the specifics and how that person expresses it in order to give the right remedy fit for that person mm-hmm interesting yeah and all the more so in a you know in a regular consultation you're dealing with more long-term you know stuff you know you really have to focus on what's unique and characteristic to the person how he or she specifically expresses that and how that patterns and plays out you know themselves and their lives you know in their health it's uh it's not a other one hand it's not a one-two thing but on the other hand you know this is how you don't just suppress you know an issue or a symptom you really get to the core of what that's going to be healed and when you get to that core that's what you think that's what leads to a more permanent and a more stable and you know healthy lifestyle in just a way of living there are a lot of people that come to me most of my clients that are starting to come and see me and they see about some other practitioners or medical doctors driven in and out of hospitals and and you know because they weren't getting the care that they really needed um it's the better I explain this you know I think the better I explain this idea you have to explain homey-happity one of homey-happity's core principles and that is the idea of the vital force so what is this the vital force so the vital force is this energy this this energetic force that animates all of us you know we can call it even call it a civil we can call it an energy or like the Chinese say it's she you can call whatever you want but it's this energy that helps us that cause makes us function it helps kind of calm can I say that Stephanie calls it Stephanie calls it to filter fish uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh whatever recording both of us you know I have to say I myself learned about the vital force from Dr. Shrains the movie that was the first time I know really understood it you know I guess I know I want to say that I always uh as a kid my mother would take me to the doctor for different medications you know I'm so I was so happy the realization of the vital force was like it makes such sense it will transform your life like just a fact that you could realize you have a vital force you could that you have an inter doctor or that it's very profound it kind of shifts your whole way of relying on this outside mechanism or this outside mechanism to make a shift yeah because we don't realize that this you know when we realize what this vital force is and we realize how when this vital force is in balance and your entire health you know and all different levels of imbalance and but not that it's not a balance then we realize you know not only how real this is because even from a scientific standpoint there's lots of studies on the bot com that show that the body has energy in the body has the power to heal itself and you know all these things which you read a lot of in the science of homeopathy by George uh with focus um you know very big home in the world today uh but we we also appreciate how our body works how powerful it really is and how you know and how we you know really really in the at the end of the day we really have the power to healer than to heal ourselves and we really have the power to take control of our lives the problem is a lot of times there's so many blockages it's only things holding us back you know whether it's physically mentally emotionally environmentally whatever it could be that they just hold us back and they keep our body force not a balance um it's very funny actually what you mentioned before is how um you mentioned about the doctor uh who who like everyone thought he was god so in homeopathy which i can talk to you about it the thing is in home it's the thing is the homeopathy we look at it very differently if you ever look at 10 things philosophy within home opathy and uh for it's uh one of the fields i do probably know it's from jimfaller kent here's another q2 me path after ken mohannaman founder from the apathy uh in american homeotat he he developed this idea which which is very profound that the whole that part of the reason big you know reason why you know people are able to find healthy and have this inbound to themselves is because we don't have that proper connection with god with the divine and we have that connection we develop that relationship i mean and it's stable and it's and it's uh strong it's vital you know that reflects in our health and and but if it's not then not and it's very interesting because he also basically writes about how the homeotat is not the one in control he's just messenger he's he's i don't want to say the pond but he's he's a middleman so to speak not even the middleman he's just he's a messenger he's you know when you have the divine slash god and you have the homey path and the person asking to heal when they all working with each other and and you know when whenever realizes what their role is that's where you can have you know health come in that's that's where the healing happens but it has all the things done correctly but if not then you know you don't have that and that flow of energy that flow of healing just won't come in and it's something that's spoken about a lot of Judaism in the other villages as well and you know it's very interesting because when i work with a lot of people like this especially those that are in your religious or they have a very spiritual lifestyle and when they have this realization it really helps a lot in your healing you know whether whether they've had been dealing with something intense like cellulitis for or just more strong anxiety or suicidal disposition for years we've been for anything minor like headaches or you know anything of that matter whatever it is so you know you have that philosophy although it's not you know the one or main philosophy something that's very big and for someone like me as a or a doctor that that speaks to me and many other people you know as well you know i just want to say that i'm gonna go to a lecture right after this i'm actually heading up to amity college and i wish i knew that this guy's name he's done some movies and um i will i will give him credit i'm gonna go to the end but one of his quotes which i love on this poster for the for the movie you are listening to the vibrant living radio network the vibrant living network um is quote was something like people could deal with extreme adversity people could deal with uh all kinds of conditions what i can deal with is meaninglessness and that he was saying the culture makes people feel meaningless and i thought you know it's so true it's like what is meaning in this sense of purpose it's it's shift so much um what they're gonna say oh i want to mention that what we do we say one of our ongoing series we're gonna do a seer a long-going feature called the young power pony octopus there's so much there i knew what are you all saying about uh just a basic understanding of a vital force is huge hey we come back i gotta who's our uh new york and new jersey producer for the bible living network and if you want to be a host not just a host but a hybrid host and discover some of these wonderful things i've discovered over the years like being able to listen to listening how to ask an open question how to not just do this thing called an interview but really be able to draw out the bigger deeper message and also to become a speaker and to show these things i've learned about traveling and it's super discounted rates and really to use the radio as a doorway for a new world connection and platform and also a red book um oh yeah i think we'll just open up a space and say your last name by the way just because a lot of people are probably on the end of their season what is his last name that dude do you think we should just leave it at b i mean i could deal with that but i look people i'd be curious to have more of the enastry of language than i do you know okay what that when he says when he says his name glenn you should try that listening thing you talked about all the time i think it's a very deep non-verbal experience i think thank you go ahead and say that say your last name go ahead go ahead and say your last name go ahead last name is baradarian baradarian baradarian i've been coaching the show with him for 15 years but now are you about a baradarian he's an expert in goldfish hygiene only obviously and how to pick up women at a basketball game ladies and gentlemen just not getting a problem that was totally improv i don't know what i was saying it's improv and uh deputy oh thank you yeah i do so many and then stephanie oh is her jewish transformation to ariles with us as well uh she's so ponding was like to be jewish you got confused with the genteel for many many years he's with us tonight as well as pretty cheer and we all get lost in different things some of its religion i never really uh i never really related to being jewish i kind of like some of the meals i like sort of the people and i like some of the philosophy a lot of it i didn't like not being like as i was jewish so i kind of kept it quiet then my my father was i think he changed our last name i changed our last name so i became like a hidden jew so my first girlfriend i love to get my first girlfriend was in elementary school before i became a coach by the way i didn't i didn't i didn't i didn't i didn't go to work yet but so she pulled me aside and she said you know what she goes me and you were lucky and i said why she goes because me and you were Protestant and she goes the rest of them in there are Catholics you know they have it really hard this is trustworthy by the way this is rendergrarity speaking i'm doing her voice as best as i could right now and i said really because what i was i grew up in two gardens right now in two gardens everyone's jewish i was just around you that was kind of like seeing the same shelter all everywhere you know no one on the block is in the helicopter so my whole world was jewish you know and so when he moved along island i was in an identity crisis i was thinking yeah i better decode myself because until i don't know i think i was like five or six or whatever and so i kind of little by little i guess integrated and then by the time i was in high school i read my first mystical book and i was like oh i read a book called free magic words by u.s. and interested i read that book in no i read that book in high school and i was like wow i read that book and it really opened me and then i actually you know i tell you know i had a paper round i started to notice it was a light in people's eyes and when they became alive when they become unattributed delight with brighten and i remember singing my bicycle my parents never talking about the stuff no one's talking about the stuff but i realized the light in the eyes that's something and you know you call it kind of things and it caught me and these are things i couldn't speak about and every so often i would pick it up somewhere someone mentioned it would be in a movie and i thought you know my parents by the way my parents never said to me ever your parents your private your parents probably didn't need it my parents ever said to me hey well you're around people you listen to certain well you bring them you bring them alive and i become more creative that's what you need to be doing in life it wasn't until oh god i bet my son used to call this guy the crazy psychiatrist guy wane london wane i met wane and he said you know glen your whole purpose is about helping people have this profound connection and because that's that's how you'll be you know that's really why you're here and he first i met and he was studying uh contact lenses and breast cancer as well as contact lenses and depression he was studying light so i remember i told you about the light in the eye and i met him he would happen when i went to school i thought i was really super at school but you say i started meeting these people i remember it was one day i was sitting with a swimmer she was a super attendant she was like something she was super talented at school and she had a special thing with certain kind of education and somehow she recognized me something i never experienced any other teacher recognized me and it was like i saw the sudden realized oh there's a smartness there's something that's really beyond two schools to tell people about and i guess little by little i got like i got kind of i don't know nudged into life oh and i do want to mention listen i need to mention regular i you know dr. Colke was going to do a segment on regular i told that so i think it might be your fourth lefty i don't know but we got into another whole conversation made you know like stop me let's talk a regular so regular regular is right there's a lot of bling right there's a lot of bling it's just a transitional thing you gotta give her a break let's go ahead i'm already giving her more than a break she yes yes set up all kinds of reminds of i was more aware and then we somehow didn't i didn't have that reminder but anyway regular i just want to say something about regular because regular i get a whole series of shows integrity and real food now the concern i have with a lot of food supplements is they're not alive they're not really so what happened in the industry is they started standardized they made things conform to a certain standard but it's an example uh ginger which is amazing but this little food has all these co-facting all these co-nutrients and so what regular is a it's beyond just a probatic it also has all these life enzymes in it it's a conduct it's a health people are all kinds of a new challenge it's a wonderful wonderful food supplement that we give the integrity and real food or two so in a moment something is going to give you a website check out regular and if you're feeling compromised you want to build your community i take regular every day let's i forget and then i take it the next day when i remember it's a good philosophical base when you forget something you remember do the good thing again definitely write that down as a reminder okay what i just said would you please help people leave the website because i have not i'm not as good as you were doing that regular i'm wonderful underwriter and i deeply appreciate our conversation which will be hearing on our network the author of mind your body now you can say the website right definitely yes ww you're always you're always you're always like a hound dog not how you do that please go ahead i would wait for you to set up one thank you so much i appreciate it okay type in usa.com r-e-g-u-l-a-t it's funny somebody told me at some point tonight oh the two hours of the environment living our private living networker she was going to brag about being a good speller and demonstrated so man it just came so i just want to say i was you owe me a beer this time even though i don't drink beer funny enough but i did catch it you know he said to me you're going to show you your better spell than me and i said you've already won i don't spell i did that with my response you said you're a better speller yeah yeah yeah i think something uh do you want to ask you guys a question okay here's a question um has there something you learn in your life or discover your life that's beyond time when you reference it when you notice it it's like a timeless moment you can still learn from it so something you have experience or something happened and when you think when you become aware or think about it you realize the life lesson is stronger than ever it doesn't matter when it occurs the other moment that you reflect on that just is so profound and it keeps being profound no matter when you think about it again i'm gonna call it 71st okay just to be polite because she's a lady here and she's impoundment lady so i'm gonna ask her first my only and she's also wearing she's growing up and i think she's here at called impoundment sucks and i centered so i'm i love her so so go ahead so there's actually what i find when i age i like to say i age like wine not like fruit just throwing that out there oh yeah i'm gonna use the start today you're gonna be on the website by the morning so go ahead so wait a minute that's all i have to say all right mrs. wine go ahead i think it wiser things in my life they change like i can look at some you know ten years and think one way about it one year and the next year i have a completely different perspective on it so i would say moments that are profound to me actually change with each year that passes by all right that's contestant number one is he's from sale new jersey our next contestant is rich who's a full-time wrench engineer right what would you say you're going on me here yeah go ahead go ahead go ahead just improv again go ahead you're right 40 years go ahead all ready well yeah that's a young man at the age of 25 not really yeah wow you know um i would say i kind of i kind of agree with with sefanny um i think there's a many moments i've also had where you know the profoundness of it has changed but i think there's been i think so i don't want to say event i guess the one experience in my life said it's like an like that i think with when i limited it over a year and a half just by the environment oh my god we actually got a little bit more like you got a little bit more about your website okay i told you about it we're coming back on it this is my second cure i'm still getting used to the game it's like being a ballpark if we're getting one the game start we'll be looking for the driver's network and uh and sefanny's been acting to us tonight but they'll say next week if you miss it tonight uh we're putting on a conversation with Joel joe hopper who uh sefanny called johnson glass for some reason uh you're looking for the driver living network by the living connections by the living connections we're gonna laugh and not those things like you seriously type someone type someone and don't get to
