Expo To The Show

Let's go see what's new at the Show. Food Dude Radio has been on the show circuit this spring. We're just back from the New England Restaurant and Bar Show in Boston where attendance was over the top. Better business is done in person. It was always the way. We talked to start up entrepreneurs, friends with well known brands, celebrity chefs and everyone who would talk with us. Paul Wahlberg from Wahlburgers, Albie Alvarez Cole from Che Empanada, Melissa and Phil Pelletier fro mSmokin Tin Roof Sauces, Julie and Meghan from Perfect Venue, Erin Miller from Urban Hearth, and Dame Robin Cohen of Les Dames D'Escoffier Boston Chapter. We also stopped off at the ribbon cutting of Spring House Seafood Grill at T.F.Green International Airport. All in all a tasty episode but you'll get your steps in. Let's go!
