Expose Darkness With Your Life
from RLCC Daily Devotions Hosted by Various
Expose Darkness with Your Life📖 Scripture:Ephesians 5:11–14 (NIV)"Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light. This is why it is said: 'Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.'"🧠 Explanation:Paul calls believers not only to avoid darkness but to expose it—by the way they live 🌞. That doesn’t mean being harsh or judgmental, but living in such a way that truth naturally comes to light. Light reveals what’s hidden—and even brings transformation 🌻. Sometimes your quiet obedience can wake others up. Paul’s quote is a call to revival: “Wake up! Let Christ shine on you!” 🔔💡 Application:Your life might be the only Bible someone reads 📖. Let your choices, reactions, and values point people to the light. You don’t need to condemn others—just shine consistently, and the Spirit will do the rest.❓Reflection Questions: Is your life exposing darkness or blending into it?
