Expression is how we let the world know what’s happening inside us. It’s not only talking it’s also writing, drawing, playing music, or even crying. If we keep everything inside, emotions pile up and can harm us. Expression gives emotions a way out. The problem is that when we express without thinking, we might say or do things that hurt others. But when we express consciously, people understand us better and we feel lighter. Every form of expression is important, because it’s how we share who we are. Learning to express with honesty and care is like opening a window so fresh air can come in.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias de Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020/21.
