Extra Bonus Summer Break 2020 - Old Emotional Pain and Ambassadors of Abusers

from Surviving Your Journey Towards Success Podcast · host Nichel Anderson

An extra bonus dealing with old emotional pain and how people that interject themselves into situation as Ambassadors of fixing things, actually, are assisting the abusers to never accept their role of the deeds that were planted against the victim. The victim is challenged to do something, to interact, and to take on responsibility of the abuser when the victim is still in critical care of the pain inflicted. Why is that? Find out in this podcast discussing the perspective from each side - to assists the victim to process those moments when reliving the painful event prevents progress. Providing the strategies to overcome and flip it to teach such ambassadors the truth to being in balance. We have to all remember that "choices are our right to choose" who, when, and how to manage our own pain, so the victim must be watchful to a perspective that by an ambassador (friend, etc., speaking on behalf of the abuser - knowing or unknowing) actually is asking the victim to "Stay Unbalance" that furthers deteriorate your spirit (something you feel but do not see), your mental state, and your mental peace and joyfulness to live your Life! Keep to the facts of life:  It takes more than one person (the victim & the abuser(s) that created the unhealthy-emotional-event creating "severe pain" that was so bad of toxicity our immune system kicks into gear by our mind to bury it deep. Then one day.... it surfaces out of nowhere that you can barely move like frozen in time, because the time is up to deal with this... but the other person (abuser) refuses to acknowledge, accept, repent, restitution, and take responsibility of accountability. When you done all you can as the victim to deal with the situation, your point of reference at that time phase is to move forward. And choose to keep that person in your life go around the merry-go-around again, or you choose to take a new path of your life journey without that person. We have to remember: Acceptance is forgiveness, not the other way around to let toxicity back in your life that lowers your worth. Acceptance is one part from both sides in the situation and then the other part is the forgiveness that requires effort as discussed in this podcast by the person causing the infliction. Acceptance is the first part to what happen that takes a painful while, thus, forgiveness part entails choices of our will and reflects the need for balance. Thus, forgiveness is never just earned, otherwise, how will the abuser ever learn. That's life. That's the journey for them not the extra burden on the victim.    Time Stamps: 0:01 - Starting Show -- Welcome 0:20 - Show Topic Breakdown -- Why does the Victim has to take responsibility for another 3:25 - We have to follow the Word to show how to resolve the unsolvable 4:03 - How our personal emotional health impacts our workplace life 4:33 - Old Emotional Pain demands fair balance resolution or it never go away, it grows 5:00 - Acceptance and Steps to who needs to do what: The Victim, The Abuser, The Ambassador 6:01 - Ambassadors of intention of peace but assists Abusers 15:37 - Process to deal with issues in relations comparable in workplace 17:33 - Check out my other podcast episodes listed below - that relates to this discussion and share it with someone else you feel could benefit from this and like it right here on podbean for all of this helps the show to grow that aims to heal on our journey of living:   Episode 8 Part 1: "Why Old Emotional Pain Comes Up Requiring Acceptance Published on 12-25-2017 (Episode 8) Listen and Share : Why Old Emotional Pain Comes Up Requiring Acceptance ** Please check out Episode 9, published on 1-1-2018    --------------- Part 1 - The Road to Forgiveness / Motivational Strategies / Episode 26 Published on 5-7-2018 Listen and Share: The Road to Forgiveness - Parts of Series *Please listen to the remaining part series there after of this topic “The Road to Forgiveness”  ------------------ "Why Redemption and Forgiveness works in alignment” Episode 61 / Motivational  Published on 4-1-2019 Listen & Share : Why Redemption and Forgiveness works in alignment *If you enjoy this podcast episodes or any other ones – like it on Podbean!”  --- Contact Ms. Nichel Anderson if you have questions, requests to : [email protected] Visit official website:  www.nichelanderson.com   --- Buy Nichel Anderson book "Corporate America: Surviving Your Journey Towards Success": If you purchase Ms. Nichel Anderson's book "Corporate America: Surviving Your Journey Towards Success" be so kind and leave a positive review if you really enjoyed and loved the book on Amazon.com or Barnes-n-Noble.     -- Thank you!
