Extra Time for 5 April 2012
from Extra Time
In this week's edition of Extra Time we talk to the Sir Alex Ferguson of Sevens Rugby, Gordon Tietjens, who's signed on with the New Zealand Rugby Union through until the Rio de Janeiro Olympics. We look into the confusion over qualifying standards, which has lead to the world junior shot put champion Jacko Gill giving up on the London Olympics. The Warriors and the Blues ruminate on how to turn their seasons around and we hear why the Southern Steel won't be the also-rans of the trans-Tasman netball competition.
