Tom Rooney is Chairman and Operating Partner at Sciens Water. Sciens is a research-driven investment fund that identifies uncovered, under-researched, or misunderstood water sector opportunities that are undercapitalized. I cannot name one of my about 120 guests so far that would not have taught me something during our conversation.
