When making promises to others and yourself, remember to not let yourself get caught up in the perfection of the promise. It's not the details that matter the most, but rather it is the thought and effort put forth that counts. Our successes and our problems come and go in waves as we live out our lives. The important thing to do is to think and act with reason and logic instead of impulsively reacting with our emotions first. We have to make our final decisions AFTER we have processed the situation we are facing.How does processing happen for you? Are you first asking yourself if certain scenarios will bring harm to you or your loved ones? Is this going to effect my desired outcome in years to come? Is it really that serious for you to get that worked up over? What if you process before responding emotionally and think about the different ways you can progress forward so that afterwards you feel like you truly progressed forward and have the proof you did so? Your previous experiences and current reality should be able to lend a hand in figuring out the best ways to deal with situations. Paint the picture that is your life that you enjoy looking at for yourself, as well as feel proud to present to others around you. There is always somebody watching what you do--make your message boldly YOU and appreciate the craft and care you put into it every moment you breathe.Remember that what you choose to do today impacts your tomorrow, but does not mean you have to make the same choice again tomorrow. You can always respond in another way than the way you did decide. You can take a moment to reevaluate and analyze your surroundings. You can always change and choose to shoot for something bigger, something greater, than you thought you had to settle on. Your focus will always be changing and need recalibrated as you grow in life. Just remember to keep looking forward with an open mind and know your eyes can always find a better prize, if you take the time to look again.
