F#ck It Friday #3 What's up with safety?

In this F#ck It Friday, Waz and Nic practice safe podcasting... well, not really as they still speak openly and candidly about safety on site. Is there a problem like the media would have us believe? Have we got safe worksites now that the extensive legislation framework is in place? Or is it, as some stories would point to, left to the primary contractor to carry the burden of responsibility for safe work practices and worse still, when something goes wrong?
