F*** Double Standards Pt 1 // Kilah's Talk

from Brown Sugar · host Kilah McCline

Why are there so many assumed differences between the abilities of women versus men? How is it that a man is allowed to skate across the ice with ease, so to speak, while women skate on thin ice with a great weight on their shoulders? Women have to hustle harder, speak louder, and earn respect over and over again. Society needs to open up its eyes and recognize that the male/female dichotomy is false. We are all the same species, for heaven’s sake. Come on, ladies, enough!
