Prince Charming, huh? What a story we have been told and sold all this time. He'll come along and pick us out from the crowd. He'll sweep us off our feet and together we'll fall in love. He'll kneel before us with the biggest diamond you ever did see, and we'll say YES and have babies and all live happily ever after. Right? In MOST cases, hell no! Alisha Burns shares her own (IMHO turbulent) quest for this perfect fairytale ending, in which (like too many of us) she turned a blind eye and kept those rose-coloured glasses firmly in place.
