F45 Challenge - Week 1

The last month I have been putting in the work under the guidance of Ray Brown and the support from good friends Te Haunui Tuna, James Merito and Te Amo Mc Clean. We all committed to the F45 45 Day Challenge which so far has placed all of us into really good spaces within ourselves in terms of physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
