世界上美好的人、事、物，是多到數不清、看不盡。如果我們選擇的方式是依照自身所喜歡、渴愛及需要，這必然會是一生追求不盡，並且是不斷的追求、長久的找尋。這是為何呢？因為只有空虛，無法滿足，這樣的人生必然無法幸福。 然而，一般人卻認為，幸福的人生是需要找尋、追求，但是，真正的幸福卻只能發現。甚麼是發現幸福的基本條件呢？那就是要真誠、專注、用心、認真的對待人與事。如果不具備這些基本條件，基本上是不可能發現幸福。
