台灣每年廚餘量約405萬噸，許多食物在賞味期內就被丟棄。為了減少食物浪費，來自客家家庭、曾在科技業服務過的葉柏軍創立了惜食平台Tasteme，透過50元福袋的方式，讓這些食物延續給需要的人，減少食物浪費和碳排放。初期要邀請足夠多的廠商來共襄盛舉，也是一件困難的事。他必須先一家家廠商逐一去洽談並且傳達惜食教育，並讓廠商了解這樣會收取服務費，然後再把APP推廣給一般消費者，讓消費者把採買剩食看待為惜食行動。這樣長期的推廣，終於有越來越多廠商和消費者，一起攜手走向這個綠色旅程。立即下載 Tasteme APP試用：👉 Android👉 iOS
