A San Antonio man is set to serve 55 years in prison for aggravated sexual assault of a child, after he was found guilty by a jury. Fabian Garza, 33, pleaded “not guilty” to a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child from an incident in July 2020.After a jury was presented April 8 with evidence that detailed the harm suffered by the victim, who was 11 at the time of the offense, the jury turned over a guilty verdict.Garza elected to have the court determine the appropriate punishment.
