Fabiola Campbell is the founder and principal mentor of Professional Migrant Women, an organisation dedicated to helping skilled migrant women bridge the gap between migration and professional employment in Australia.Drawing on her own experience of navigating the Australian job market without established networks, local recruitment knowledge, or extended support, she now equips other migrant women with the skills, connections, and confidence to pursue careers aligned with their qualifications and experience.With a background in human behaviour, community services, training, and development across Australia and overseas, she is passionate about women’s leadership, cultural diversity, and the power of meaningful connection. Creative, resourceful, and resilient, she works to transform challenges into opportunities and encourages women to recognise, celebrate, and share the unique strengths they bring to Australian workplaces and communities.
