Morning Mantra: "Running from your problems only gets you further away from their solutions."   You have to face them to fix them.  You can try to avoid them but eventually this will manifest in your health, your peace of mind, your relationships. Try and see challenges as what keeps life interesting, and that overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.  Then take small bites of the bigger issue.  One you feel like you can tackle.For example, are you experiencing health issues related to your lifestyle?
