Morning Mantra: "Running from your problems only gets you further away from their solutions."

You have to face them to fix them.  You can try to avoid them but eventually this will manifest in your health, your peace of mind, your relationships.

Try and see challenges as what keeps life interesting, and that overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.  Then take small bites of the bigger issue.  One you feel like you can tackle.

For example, are you experiencing health issues related to your lifestyle? Trying to change your diet and start an exercise program all at once can lead you to avoid any change at all.  It's too big and overwhelming.

Why not start small-with just walking a block.  Commit to every day.  Once you have formed that habit it will feel good and inspire another change.  Maybe eliminate one food that isn't good for you.  Start with breakfast. and so on...

By facing the problem simply, slowly, and in small, sustainable steps, you will be less likely to avoid facing it at all.  Each step in the direction of a solution fuels the next.
