He is also Chairman of IEEE Public Safety Technology , (2022), IEEE Blockchain Morocco Group (2022) , from IEEE IoT Global Cities Alliance, MEA (2020-2022), member of the evaluation committee of IEEE Humanitarian Activities Committee (2021-2022), member of IEEE EAB Teaching Excellence Editorial Hub , (2021-2022), and member IEEE Global Committee on Global Accreditation (2017-2018).  He was also the founding president of the IEEE Morocco Section (2005-2016).
