Face your Facts

In This Episode: The big buzzword ‘catch phrase’ is, “live your truth”. Traci tells her account of how she was presented with here own a-ha on facing your truth in the most uncomfortable way….. You can’t live your truth if you are disillusioned by it. Facing facts about yourself is tough but if you are open to hearing it you will be better for it. When you hear the truth -as tough as it may be to hear- you know it is true. You feel the truth in your gut. You are not what you do – You are defined by who you are not what you do. There is the manager side of you and the creative worker side of you. Many have an unawakened manager and a very tired creative worker. Redefine your definition of solitude and isolation. Takeaways from this show: Say it. Write it. Leave it – when things are stressing you out or stuck in a loop in your head… say it to someone outloud. Write it down and then… leave it ALONE. Systems can be overwhelming take small steps first and a smoother transition will present itself as things settle out.
