This is not a technical error or a sign that your campaign is failing. It is a built-in optimization process that allows Meta’s delivery system to gather data, test variables, and determine how to deliver your ads efficiently.During the learning phase, Meta’s algorithm experiments with different audience segments, placements, and bidding conditions. Its objective is to understand which combinations are most likely to generate your selected optimization event, such as purchases or leads. Until enough data is collected, performance metrics like CPA, CPM, and conversion volume may fluctuate significantly.The learning phase is triggered whenever Meta detects a major change. This includes launching a new ad set, modifying targeting, editing creatives, changing the optimization event, making large budget adjustments, or reactivating an ad set after a long pause.
