Facebook and Social Responsibility

I believe FB's path to social responsibility is to require them to set up a platform where the individual is responsible and liable for their words just like in the real world.   We all know the problems called by FB; here is a simple suggestion to improve FB and make it accountable to us all while not trampling on the first amendment rights of freedom of speech.
