Facilis Technology Partners with Strada for Smarter Storage Access | IBC2025

At IBC2025, Jim McKenna from Facilis Technology explains the company’s new partnership with Strada, designed to give customers secure, on-demand access to media stored on Facilis servers - without the need to upload assets to the cloud.By running the Strada agent directly on a Facilis server, users can stream or preview any file in their SAN, with real-time adaptive encoding ensuring smooth playback even on weak connections. This hybrid approach delivers cloud-like accessibility while avoiding unnecessary uploads, extra storage costs, and added security risks.
