Facing & Embracing Our Fear

from Raw Conversations with Corinne Blum · host Corinne Blum

What I’ve learned over the past few decades, is that the only way to really come home to ourselves is to first walk through our fear. We must not only face it, but embrace it in order to move through into the deeper aspects of ourselves and return home to the lap of love and who we truly are as our Authentic Self. Fear makes us uncomfortable, it’s scary, painful even, but it is the door we must walk through in order to find our way back home. And by home, I mean our true essence. Not our false personality nor our beliefs and identities that we built around our false beliefs. But fear is not to be circumvented or even transcended. It must be embraced because it is in the embracing of our fears that we recognise that all fear is, is a scared child within us and all that child needs from us is our loving attention and a warm hug so that it no longer feels alone. There are many forms of fear. In this episode I go into a few areas: primal/instinctual fear, emotional fear and energetic (frequency) fear. In order for us to return home to ourselves and in order for us as a collective to evolve and ascend, we must face and embrace our fear to reach the other side of light, love, harmony, peace and joy. To return home both as individuals and as a collective. The light births itself from the dark. So if you want to find your light, you have to find the courage to walk through the dark first. It’s not as scary as you think. Your avoidance is the scary part. The relief comes when our fears feel less alone, when they are tended to with love and nurture. Then naturally, without any effort, our fears transform, transmute and sometimes even, vanish life a puff of smoke. Tune in for more… Loving you from afar, Corinne Want to work with me 1-1?
