Facing Challenges and Overcoming Obstacles

from The Lonely Triathlete

In the winter of 2017/2018 I woke up one morning to discover that my brain had been bleeding! I progressively became profoundly deaf in one ear with limited vision in one eye and experienced extreme dizziness. Thus began my quest to see if I would ever swim, bike or run again. In this episode I challenge the notion that we should "overcome" obstacles rather than define them and find ways to work over, under or through them.
