We all experience grief & loss, from a world wide pandemic, the different transitions of life, loss of a friend, marriage or work... We are reminded of the fallen state of this world more often than we would like. Yet we do not do the work, which could bring an expansion of self & love for another. Instead we control our environment, or see it as an inconvenience to get over. How can we approach grief and loss to see it as a treasure?
