Fact Check 03 : Parthenium in Coriander bundles?

from KADAL OSAI FM 90.4 · host KADAL OSAI FM 90.4

Fact Check!       A warning message that has been doing the rounds lately is that Parthenium is present in Coriander bundles and that it should be avoided as it can cause skin diseases and other illnesses like asthma. This information is true as some parthenium grows in between Coriander leaves and gets included in the bunch when picked. It is  also true that consuming parthenium can cause skin diseases and respiratory diseases like asthma. Coriander leaves are softer than parthenium and they should carefully be included while cooking.
