Rivarola argumentó sobre la continuidad de los peligros de fuga y entorpecimiento de la investigación. El fiscal indicó que el imputado no cuenta con arraigo suficiente no solo por la falta de vínculos fuertes con la ciudad, sino también por la conducta que se desprende de los hechos que se investigan en su contra, entre otros el homicidio de Pilar Codesal. Todos hechos cometidos con violencia, varios de ellos en relación a su expareja y la familia de esta.
