Got some feedback for the Reader's Forecast podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself in the next episode or bonus content! We'll start off the week with a magical library and a women's horror from Latin America, but we'll quickly find out that secondary school is better when it's supernatural! And if that's not enought to get your horror on, then explore more frights, magical realism, alien contact, grief, and fright delights with a hint of bad romance. We're counting down the four weeks to Halloween with horrorable reads and dark reading rainbows because life's just full of tough choices, isn't it? Mwa ha ha ha. Stay tuned as we review frights, nights, and scary delights with 10 books to review cover to cover and 3 debut authors in this week's Reader's Forecast! Publishing Week: 6 Oct 2026 The books featured in this episode are not sponsored.
