Failing Flesh, Strong God: A Look at Psalm 73

from The Lovesick Scribe Podcast · host Dawn Hill

Read any one of the psalms and you are likely to notice the type and shadow of a believer in Christ as they bare their hearts before the Lord while praising God and calling to remembrance all of His glorious ways. More times than not, we read of great moments of struggle, weakness, and even disdain for those in opposition. I was recently reading Psalm 73 and found myself reflecting on similar thoughts. The psalmist was grieved by the prosperity of the wicked, and he shared some things that resonate in our current climate and time.  How can we be encouraged by such thoughts? What can we learn from this psalm and others while not losing our focus on God? Join me as we take a thoughtful look at Psalm 73, reflecting on the passages and how they relate to our walk with Christ and our own view of those who seem to prosper in spite of their ways contrary to God.  Subscribe to my blog at lovesickscribe.com Find me on Facebook and Instagram (Lovesick Scribe)
