Failing Forward with Ados: Margo David

Welcome to Failing Forward with Ados, a limited-run series featuring teens and young professionals with Cincinnati roots who have faced challenges, felt despair and then found a way forward. Our Ados series is hosted by Indian Hills High School junior Annie Schumann. On this episode, Annie interviews Margo David, who was diagnosed with epilepsy before her senior year of high school and had her first seizure while flying to Fiji for a mission trip without any family or friends. At times, seizures have kept Margo from driving and playing soccer, but the current Elon University freshman has learned to persevere and to not let her diagnosis define her.
