A.D. Williams is the co-author of our book Mansa’s Little Reminders and the V.P. of Operations at a hospital in Detriot, Michigan.It's still very early in A.D. 's career, however he's been able to rise in his industry very quickly due to his amazing leadership abilities. Being the eldest of 10 children taught him at an early age the importance of communication and how to deal with different personalities which we discuss in this episode.Though highly successful at what he does now his original goal was to become an engineer.
