Fairness in Early Years - The Beckies Where Are We Now

Here the Beckies talk about The New Year, what is happening now and  where we are at, what has been difficult and our hopes and thoughts for the future.To be honest  we really mean from March 2020 to now! Becky has  being trying to master being a virtual speech and language therapist,  she feels very supported by the NHS in her arena. Parents have still accessed virtual support and  created new understanding together with their children .  Becs has also safely conducted face to face appointments, with all the right equipment to protect her.The Beckies also discuss how Early Years have literally not stopped and the level of support for professional protection is just not the same . Early Years are working with children everyday and  quality interactions are what really matter.  We believe whatever you have chosen to do in Early Years you are brave and amazing professionals.  We believe you must have a fair choice in whatever this decision is.
