The biggest drawback from the game of golf can be how long it takes to play. Even if you play at your local course, on a busy day it can take around 5 hours to complete. As for those who are professionals, there have been documented rounds pushing well over 5.5 hours. For the new, less focused, fan base, that is simply too much to handle. It is causing the powers-that-be on the PGA Tour to try and implement aspects of the game which can help speed up the game. But is there an actual fix for both pros and amateurs alike?
