Faith And being LGBTQ+

from CanterBAME · host CanterBAME

Today we talked about the reconciling of Faith and sexuality. Sparked by our guest @reemmakari 's video project on Muslim LGBTQ+ individuals, we were joined by her and @kgisamazing to discuss the experiences of those who have to find that balance. We chatted about the importance of having a "tribe", intersectionality, and ended up talking about Gina Rodriguez and her general "all-women" approach to things. Plus, why we'll still be watching Jane the Virgin. Special thanks to MBPim for the sound effect, and feel free to continue the conversation with us on Twitter and Instagram. As always, shadiness is encouraged, and a follow is appreciated.
