Join us for a Conversation series continuing to explore themes of racial justice and the lack of it. Widely considered a core text of the Civil Rights movement in the 20th century, “The Fire Next Time” is text consisting of two essays – written on the 100th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation – exhorting Americans into a multi-racial coalition against white supremacy and racism in the North and South.
