As I sat down with Pastor Jesse recently, I was reminded of how rich and meaningful the Advent season truly is. Advent, which means “coming” or “arrival,” invites us to reflect not only on the birth of Christ but also on the hope of His return. Hope, peace, joy, and love—all found in Jesus—and how traditions like lighting candles or using Advent calendars can help us remember these truths.
