Faith Sings! (Hymn Festival for Lutheran Child and Family Services)

This hymnfest was held at Bethany on September 20, under the direction of Cantor Phillip Magness.  Musicians included choir members from three other congregations, along with the Bethany Brass, two of Bethany's children's choirs (Schola Cantorum and Christus Choir), and various other assisting musicians on flutes, clarinet, keybaords, and percussion.  Pastoral speakers were Rev. Scott Bruzek from St. John-Wheaton, Rev. David Balla from Trinity-West Chicago, and Rev. Paul Mumme from Divine Shepherd-Bolingbrook. The "new will" offering received at the concert benefitted the Expressive Arts program at LutherBrook Academy in Addison, IL.
