Faith that Overcomes

Today's promise: 1 John 5:4 In the name of Jesus, you are an overcomer. You can walk in victory today through the power of Christ in you. As a Christian, you walk in victory, overcoming the world. You overcome temptation, sin, and every attack that comes against you. Your victory doesn't come from discipline, hard work, or effort. Your victory comes through faith in Christ Jesus. Every day, you face the powerful enemy of the world. I'm not talking about the physical world; there is nothing wrong with mountains, rivers, or beautiful sunsets. I'm talking about the world system or culture. The same faith that saved you is the same faith that brings victory in your daily living.
