She says that her purpose is to “bridge the gap between the church and mental health community to further ministry to the whole person, not just in part.” With that focus, Dr. House believes she possesses the driving force and remarkable wisdom for her success and for everyone and everything connected to her to succeed as well.Dr. House was born in Milton, Florida, adopted three days later by her parents and thenraised in Pensacola, Florida. She overcame a lot of personal struggles in her childhood including a speech impediment, a facial deformity, suicide attempts, and mental illness. She is a survivor of severe depression after a 30-year battle. She was diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) as an adult.
